Try to Reinstall Graphic Card Drivers
You can fix DirectX errors by reinstalling system graphic card drivers. Apply the below given steps to repair DirectX error:
Step 1: Open the device manager- press Windows Key + X and select Device Manager.
Step 2: When Device Manager starts, go to Display Adapterssection and locate your graphic card driver.
Step 3: Right click on the driver and select Uninstall.
Step 4: Check Remove the driver software for this device and click OK.
Step 5: Restart your PC.
Step 6: After restarting your computer, visit the graphic card manufacturer’s website and download the latest drivers.
Step 7: Now, install the downloaded drivers.

Update the Drivers
Step 1: Go to the Device Manager. Find and click on the Display adapters to expand it.
Step 2: Now, double click on the display driver, and then in the properties window, go to Driver tab, and then select Update Driver….
Step 3: Then select Search automatically for updated driver software.
Step 4: Right click on the League of Legends icon on the desktop and select Open file location.
Step 5: After it, go to Config folder and right click on the game.cfg and input files and select Delete.
Step 6: Go to the game folder, and then go to RADS folder. Find the client folder. Right click them and select Delete.
Step 7: Now, open League of Legends game and click ? icon on the top right corner.
Step 8: Click Repair.
Step 9: Again go back to Device Manager, find and expand the category Display adapters.
Step 10: Right click on the display driver and select Disable.
Step 11: After it, right click on the display driver and select Enable.
This will defiantly fix your problem.
